Q. What is the difference between pulp injection molding and pulp mold?
A. Pulp mold is a simple method of molding paper using a die. Pulp injection molding, on the other hand, involves injection-molding paper pulp under pressure, allowing for complex three-dimensional shapes such as undercuts. This product uses this technology to integrally mold a locking claw shape for closing the lid using only paper material.

Q. How should I choose the material for individual packaging boxes?
A. Coated board offers high print reproducibility and is a standard choice widely used for cosmetics, food, and general merchandise. If strength is the priority, paperboard is suitable; if a premium feel is the priority, white board is suitable; and if environmental consideration is needed, we can also propose recycled paper or FSC-certified paper. We will propose the optimal material for your application.

Q. What is the difference between wet press molding and dry press molding? Which should I choose?
A. Wet press molding dries the material while applying pressure with a die, resulting in a smooth surface and premium feel, but at a somewhat higher cost. Dry press molding keeps costs down, but the surface is somewhat rougher. If you want to prioritize surface quality while keeping the budget down, we can also propose an intermediate method: semi-dry/semi-wet.

Q. Can you make packaging materials (ESD-compliant) to protect electronic components sensitive to static electricity?
A. Yes. We offer ESD-compliant trays made with conductive resin. With an individual pocket structure for each component, we achieve both static electricity countermeasures and product protection, and we propose designs that also take into account ease of handling on mass production and automated lines.

Q. Can you also make premium packaging that opens and closes with magnets?
A. Yes. We also handle packaging that creates a premium feel when opening and closing, such as magnetic cosmetic boxes. We also have a track record with gift packaging for apparel and general merchandise.

Q. Can you do finishing such as foil stamping or embossing to enhance the surface texture?
