Project Overview
A fashion brand needed a premium magnetic box that could stand up to repeat use in-store. Packtoss combined a magnetic closure with a flat-pack structure, cutting both shipping cost and overseas production cost.

Packtoss’s Proposal
A magnetic closure built into the lid, for a satisfying, secure open-and-close. The box body folds flat for shipping, multiplying how many fit in a single container.
We also designed the box body with a foldable structure. Unlike a typical rigid presentation box that ships pre-assembled, this design allows the box to be shipped flat and compact, significantly increasing the quantity that fits in a single container and dramatically improving shipping efficiency. This makes it well suited to manufacturing and sourcing from lower-cost overseas production bases, such as Thailand.
