PU Leather Dryer Case | Premium-Textured Packaging for Hair Dryers

Project Overview
We received a consultation from a beauty appliance brand for a leather-look case that would highlight the premium feel of a hair dryer.
Packtoss proposed a case that combined soft PU leather material with a gold-tone zipper, using a two-tier upper/lower structure to achieve both storage capacity and a premium feel.
The Customer’s Challenge
- Wanted to beautifully highlight the brand logo
- Wanted a premium-looking exterior while protecting the contents
- Wanted a compact, highly portable size
Packtoss’s Proposal
We used soft-textured PU leather for the body and placed the brand logo discreetly on the top surface using embossing. The gold-colored zipper adds a premium touch, while the two-tier storage space makes it easy to organize the dryer body and its cord.
This design led to the following results.
- Achieved a premium texture matching the brand image
- Maintained a compact, portable size
- Combined storage capacity with protective performance
