Project Overview
This is a case study of a rigid box (paper) designed to hold a spa and wellness gift set. Multiple bottle products needed to be brought together in a single presentation box, with packaging that clearly conveys the brand’s world view upon opening.
Packtoss therefore designed a dedicated divider (insert) that fits the shape of the bottles, and proposed a rigid box finished with a material that has a washi-style texture.
The Customer’s Challenge
- Wanting to safely hold multiple bottle products in a single box

Packtoss’s Proposal
We designed a dedicated insert matched to the shape of the bottles, creating a structure that fits perfectly within the rigid box body. The material used has a textured paper, creating a premium feel the moment the lid is opened.
This design led to the following results.
- Firmly secured the bottles, reducing the risk of damage during transport
- Enhanced brand value through the unboxing experience
- Achieved a premium finish befitting a gift item
