EPE (Expanded Polyethylene)

A material with a closed-cell structure that combines excellent cushioning, waterproofing, and insulation. Despite being lightweight, it offers excellent shock absorption and is widely used as packing material for precision equipment and home appliances. In addition to sheet form, it also supports die-cut processing into dedicated shapes.
EPP (Expanded Polypropylene)

Its closed-cell structure offers excellent resilience and resistance to repeated compression. Suited for repeated use in internal transport or on mass-production lines, it’s widely used in everything from precision equipment cases to dividers for portable boxes. We can also propose EPS (expanded polystyrene), which offers excellent light weight and cost performance.
EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)



A material with a closed-cell structure that offers excellent cushioning, water resistance, and chemical resistance. Combining moderate flexibility with resilience, it is highly regarded for use as trays inside precision and medical equipment cases, and as inserts for premium cosmetics and accessories packaging.
Antistatic and Conductive Types
For products vulnerable to static electricity, such as electronic circuit boards and modules, we propose antistatic partitions and conductive trays. We can design storage and dividers tailored to part shapes, including partition designs inside returnable containers and clear trays made through vacuum forming.
